fit into something that I can wear to an evening event. I also have shut my mouth. At least I said no to my husband when he offered ice cream tonight.

I know the feeling. Having diabetes and just going on insulin I have gained 8 kilos (sounds better that pounds). Could someone invent a treadmill with a laptop attached!!!!!! I wonder.

To quote an old friend, there's only two exercises you need- " PUSH away from the table, and, SHAKE you head" Unfortunately for me it doesn't seem to work too well!! Good luck, you join a long queue of chubby [but happy] embroiderers!

Oh my dear - I do wish you luck - I have been meaning to start up a program myself - I don't really think it is the PC or the embroidery machine - it is just the lack of willingness to do all the other things - that I could do - if I was doing them - I wouldn't be in front of the PC or embroidery machine as much. That's my story and I am sticking to it.

I'm with Shirlene, there are things I could do but I don't. I have a treadmill but it is in the garage and I didn't get on it this Summer, last Summer I would get up in the morning and put on workout shorts and a tee and head down, open the garage door and watch the world go by as I walked for at least 1/2 hour. Now, nothing! Maybe if I had room in the computer/sewing room, yeah right, "fat" chance, lol!

There's that old ice cream coming at you again! Why do they have to make it so good?
It's tough enough fitting into what we do have. Guess you'll have to make up something in a hurry. hehehe

My sister is always doing diets so I found her a magnet that says, "I'm on a sea food diet. Everything I see I eat." It sounded just like her as she will finish the food on others plates if they leave some. I on the other hand think of that almost as double dipping and don't want others germs. Walking 10,000 steps a day will get you back in that garment in no time.
