cost anything. Viv charges $5.00 for her generic lesson which has forced me to learn the ins and outs of my software. I had V5, but was too new to know much. I'm gaining my confidence and loving the digitizing end of things. Shirlene and me and a few other ladies are having our first Embroidery Gathering later this month at my place. I am excited to have others to bounce ideas off of. Love embroidery

Try setting a 15min lesson for yourself.
It is so rewarding and we do try to encourage our kids to do their lessons so why not do it for ourseves.
(The program also costs the same as a couple of years schooling for a child)
I send you tons of encouragement.

Oh yes, you are doing well with these challenges, too. I can't wait for the end of the month for our gathering - wished we could get a couple of the CUTE family members to visit with us - as well - but that is expecting way to much - looking forward to our Embroidery Gathering at your place. *4U

I like the fact that no matter which software you're using, someone will always step in and offer to help you with the Digi Challenges. :) xXx

Lucky you!
I have v6 too,and we have a computer/digi class once a month at our local Brother Dealer.
I love my Manual and have been through it and taught myself. NB remember to use the HELP at the top of your toolbar, it is a replica of the manual.
Good idea! Use your sissors and you can snip parts off designs to suit yourself.
Hope your group has just as much fun as ours.
