allbrands ,great price but when I looked at the shipping costs $38.80 & next time I looked it was $45 because I had hit the needles again by mistake -2 boxes.I have a similar box of needles which weigh 40 grams ,so I reckon a full box is about 50 grams.Have emailed them to see if they have normal post which takes 8-14 days to get here at the fraction of the cost

I sure wish you luck - that is way to much money for postage - if you ask me. What size would that box actually be?

100 needles could fit in a "watch box" and have a lot of room left over. They could be sent in a "Bubble" envelope as well. Lj

Apparently Allbrands hasn't heard of the Flat Rate international boxes. They are not cheap, but a LOT less than $45. Two years ago I paid $44 (flat rate not in use then) to ship nine pounds to central Europe. A hundred needles certainly don't weigh that much. Lj

Does your overlocker need Schmetz needles?
My Babylock uses Organ needles.
Have a look at allstitch.com and compare prices.
Organ needles are now on a par with Schmetz, I believe. I get a very good run from them in all my machines.
100 Schmetz needles for $59 is a good price but I get 100 Organ needles for $10.25.
Also I think that shipping rate is too high.
Let me know what you find out about the shipping.
