Is this for your website or are you trying to purchase something from a website? Are the products digital or are they products that need to be shipped? not sure if I can help but I will try if you give more information.

Just had a quick look on google and I don't think there is anything you can do about it. I think it is something that needs to be configured by the website owner. I would try contacting them to let them know the problem is happening.
