Question for Badge users....just purchased this item to use for fsl. How many layers do you use? Want to make sure I get it right the first time around. Thanks and blessings to all.

I use two layers, depends on the humidity, sometimes only one. I just moved to dominican Republic the humidity is very high so sometimes I have to use 4 layers! it is a mess making FSL with this weather.

I only use one layer because it is so thick, even on FSL. I just wet the edges with my finger and restick the scraps together and use them again. When I am doing multiables I hoop the badge master and when the FSL is done I cut it close to the design leaving the piece hooped. Then I just fill in the middle with a small piece and stitch again. That way you are not wasting it either. Hope it helps. Suzanne
