ask the price for the part but it was only 15 dollars so I won't complain about that. Got a new camera so now I can post my projects as well. Whoo Hoo! I'm happy today.

the part was 15.00 but the labor was 120.00 with tax my total is 149.00. But I'm ready to pay the ransom just to get it back.LOL

Wow you got by super cheap on the part,as they usually have a pretty good mark up. Did he happen to mention how much the repair charge was? At my shop they charge $70. for computerized machines regardless of what they do, like clean or repair + parts of course. Will be looking forward to seeing your project. Have a blessed day.

the labor was 120.00. He also cleaned and oiled it while he had it apart. No one else in my town will work on them. You can get a regular machine repaired but not the computerized embroidery machines.
