Very important news regarding your recent order from our .COM site
Friends, as you noticed we are experiencing problems with the traffic load on the site. Our host is not responding to our emails, he is in Alabama USA and we are in SouthAfrica, so we can't fix the downloads on the .COM site untill we can get into the server to do so.

We have a solution, but its going to take a bit of time to set it up and will have it resolved in a day or so.

Please if you feel I overlooked you or want to make sure I have your order, send me the copy of the order where the design numbers are located at the bottom,

PLEASE only send once - I sit with 3000 emails which I can hardly all answer and still upload the zips and get download links ready for you all. Also please NOTE, I cannot answer all post, which does not mean I did not receive it. I just need all the time I can get to make sure you get your zip files on your machines.

NOBODY will be overlooked and I will make sure you all receive what you paid for. So please bear with us in this regard, we did not anticipate how many of you would go and download your history or make new purchases - WE WILL DELIVER what we promise, all we ask is for you to be a little patient with us. We are two people (Myself and my husband Dion) trying to get all this done,
