Well today was our grandson's baptism.

He was 6 weeks early, but doing great. The smallest out of eight children that were baptized today.

Congrats Cindy. What a privilage to witness your own grandchilds dedication to raising your children in a Christian home. Unfortunately none of my grandchildren were christened or baptized. But recently my two youngest became a Christian and that is something to Praise the Lord about.
May your little one be blessed with the love that he is surrounded by. Hugs, Terre

Cindy thanks for sharing with us. What lovely pictures.
Oh my, 102 year old baptismal gown. Do you also have a record of how many children used this gown over the years?
Joseph is such a "cutie" Hugs Yvonne

Thanks Yvonne. Yes Joseph was the 17th child to be baptized with this gown. I have a question for you. The lace and some seems are starting to separate. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix them?

Cindy, everyone looks so happy. The gown is very special as I'm sure the baptismal cloth will be over the years too. Great job. Judy

Thank you Janet! In today's society is so reassuring when parents bring their children to church to be baptized or to bring them to church at all.

Thank you Shirlene. Every time someone is baptized in this gown it reminds me of those who have gone before us.
