Am making vestments - Freebie Advent Candle is ideal - but keep getting message "Access Denied Code 37".

I keep getting the same thing! I have been registered on the site for a very long time , re-registered using the least used email addy and have sent them 3 different messages with no answer. I just gave up! Apparently they do not need customers very badly or they would answer their emails!
