I have no designs saved in my machine to cause memory shortage. Who do I contact so they work, it is not my machine because we use emb.library all the time and they always work.

Welcome to Cute. I don't have a Bernina. I'm sure someone here will see the post and assist you. I always say (and do), when in doubt pull the manual out. LOL...Hope to see more post from you, and don't forget to share your projects when you can on the projects page...

i have a bernina..what format do you use? i have .ART. i download here at Cute all the time & have had no problems. what transfer program came with your machine? hope i can help! how many designs do you have stored "in my designs"?
