You need to log in with your registered details and you will than see free designs, click on that and you will see them all. Click than on the design to download

I had the same problem and I think you just have to give the site a few minutes to recognize your 'new' status before it lets us in....I then clicked on free designs and when a new message comes up then you are ready to dl the designs. Just click on the design in the squares and a new box pops up for you to dl in your format......just be patient but stay consistent..
