I could be wrong, but I rather doubt that you will find a free Ninja Turtle design. (At least not a legal one) Licensed character embroidery designs are usually only carried by some of the larger companies & I've never seen any of them give away freebies of any of the licensed stuff. If you see designs like this offered for sale/for free by individuals that they claim they digitized it themselves, they most likely are in violation of copyright, as you cannot legally digitize licensed cartoon characters, at least none that I'm aware of. That's not to say that some people don't do it anyway - but personally, I wouldn't take the risk myself. You might find some cute turles that kinda resemble ninja turtles though - if I spot any, I'll let you know!

Good answer ravyn, copyright laws crop-up on everything like this, I would love some Disney characters, but not at the expense of it costing me thousands of dollars or more.
