There are a few of them in the Designs by Cuties - have you taken a look there?
You can always go to Emblibrary do a search for In the Hoop. Alot of different sites have them - they are very popular.

I see you have been given some good websites, so I'll just leave everyone a flower. I LOVE ITH projects and I know you will too. When you come up with a design, I'd love to try it. I'm looking for the mini microwave mitts, if you come across them. :)

That first one has some adorable applique designs too! I love the Ohio State Buckeye ones, gotta make my hubby a towel for Christmas with those!

I have done a number of ITH projects. I think they are fun to do when I am not so pressed for time. Embroidery library has some really nice ones.

Thank you all for your suggestions, I have found a few that I will give a try. I have been distracted by being in a digitizing mood. I will soon have my new collection finished and then I will start some projects.
