Betty, what sort of problem have you been having? I always use a heavy tear away stabilizer in my hoop and then use a fine spray of an adhesive and then also either a basting stitch around the outside edges or I pin it in place. I try to use a lighter density design with most of my kitchen towels - if it is a heavy density - I will use a WSS topping, as well.

Mainly my designs disappear in to the towels. I have been using a sticky back but this time I'm using my heavy tearaway. My fear with the designs I want to use now is they are cross-stitch. I have flour sack towels I'm using with those. Big Mistake I made is I made a set for my MOM now everyone want one. LOL
