Compliments, as we say in France. I use to make clothes before, and your work it's wonderful. I am starting to do machine embroidery when I 've got time and sincerely I hope one day i will done something like this.My machine is a janone, it's been a long time you do this kind of embroidery?

I have been embroidering since 1993, could do only 10 x 10 cm on that machine, but made and embroidered my elder daughter's wedding dress on that machine. Since 1999 I have a Husqvarna Designer 1, on which I can sew larger design. This dress I made in 2000, it took 100 hours to complete, with all the accessories. At the moment I am making a footlong cape for an amateur stage play, embroidered with metallic (gold) thread. Thank you for the "complimenten", as we say in Pays Bas.

Yes, it is. I made mine (that's a long time ago), the dresses of my 2 daughters and a few others as well. I especially loved doing this one as there was so much embroidery involved.

Dank je. Er is een beetje moed voor nodig om alles te borduren, maar op de losse delen lukt dat prima. En ik heb de jurk eerst van goedkope pitjeskatoen gemaakt om het geheel perfect passend te krijgen. Natuurlijk viel ze toen eerst af en daarna dankzij Prednison kwam ze weer aan...
