) Hoop tear away stabilizer, place piece of felt over stabilizer, sew outline, sew design, sew top line of opening, take hoop out of machine
2) cut off felt over the opening, put hoop back into machine and sew zig zag
3) take hoop out and place another piece of felt under your hoop, sew the rest of the card holder
4) take out of hoop and trim around card holder , pull out stabilizer from where the button hole is and the opening to the card holder, add your ribbon or string , you’re done! I used felt from the dollar store, 3 for a dollar. One sheet makes 2 card holders. These are pretty cheap to make but what a nice little gift. Cut one square in half and then in half again. These pieces fit perfect in the 4x4 hoop. Thank you sewmom for converting all these designs. 4 formats and 2 pes sizes
