Sounds interesting, but with a bad back and neck, I am leery of exercise programs putting me in more pain and doing more damage.

Yes - all the exercise I did was walking, but I have lost over 2.5 stone since July (& I have thyroid trouble). The daily reckoning was what did it for me.
