Carolyn I used felt cut shape of the hat twice, place on head (front and back) then stitched with invisible thread. I used scraps of red and green to make the band and holly. LOL... You can still do it too. Hugs, T

I hand cut two black squares into the shape of a hat from felt. Then sewed them on his head and glued on the red band and cut the holly and berry out free hand. Wasn't hard just took some time. :)
