When I "open" mine, it automatically goes to 4D also. But that is where I keep my files. Try the "save" option, and see if you can direct it to where you want it to go. I can do that. Hope this helps you. Hugs, Judy

I have the same problem if I am downloading VIP format only. If you don't have the dongle in, it won't let you download VIP at all! Save option doesn't help.
I can use VP3 and HUS alternately, and it doesn't happen with any other format (JEF,etc) so I just switch and download VP3 or Hus and forget about it!<br />Linda

I also have that problem here and at a few other sites. But not just since the crash, it has been like that for several months. I can send it where I want it with my 4Dsoftware, but I think it was quicker the other way. I ask a question about this problem awhile back, don't think anyone understood what I was asking. Before,I would click the format I wanted and then click save target as and it wouldn't go to 4D, it went to my files. I don't know how to correct it. I hope someone can help us.
