Can anyone tell me why I have to keep signing in. When I go from questions to home or reverse I have to resign in or if I look at projects I have to sign in again

I have absolutely no idea Raels, but you're not alone. I sometimes have the same problem - and it's a pain! I wish we could just sign-in on whatever page I go to first, and remain signed-in for the rest - until I sign-out. Have a good day everyone.

There is a square after your log- in and password that says, "remember me" and if you have given your computer permission, it allows a "cookie" to be placed so that you are recognized from site to site and each time you come to this site, unless you sign out when you finish. So, try clicking on remember me and see if that works for you. Did that make sense?

I have done all that and it still happens. This is the only site that it happens on

Same problem here! I do have 'remember me' checked & I do accept cookies.... yet I still have to sign in over & over & over throughout the day.... this is the only site right now that is giving me that problem - I have 'remembered' logins at tons of other places & they keep me logged in as should be.... oh well...

Oh, I wish I could help. Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it) I haven't experienced that particular problem myself. I know that if you aren't "active" on the site (ie. downloading or answering a question) for a time, you will be logged out, and so would have to log back in, but beyond that, I don't have a clue what is "kicking you out" of the sites.

I am glad that I am not alone in experiencing this problem. I have to log in 3 times to start with and then again after going back to a page I already viewed. Just a bore, but what the heck, it is a wonderful site.

I got a mail from Veronique, the site supervisor I presume, who told me what to do to solve the problem. I bet I'm not the only one. Is not the service fantastic. If you read this: thank you, Veronique.
