No problems here and you're the only one to experience problems. Try doing this shut down your computer, unplug from electrical outlet for a few seconds, plug back in and turn on computer. Retry dl and opening your designs. Hope this works for you.

The angel will not downlload for me today. Also had a problem yesterday with one of them.

No problems here either. Are you using an external drive (like a stick of some type)? Do other designs open from your stick? I don't download any designs directly to my computer. I have several external drives that I download to. This prevents my computer from filling up and also my software from getting full. Sorry you're have problems. Good Luck.
