Good for You! I am making the candy cane sleighs as name tags for everyone's Christmas presents. What reindeer did you mention? Is it a candy cane holder, too?

YEAH for you. It's always nice to earn a little money for our addictions. I am making an order of ten Tea Cozy's for a tea shop I sew for and I love getting a check for it. Not a lot, but like you said it helps pay for your supplies. Enjoy, Judy

Good for you! You are such a creative person and come up with such cute things - nice you are able to get a little bit "addiction" money out of them (you know we are all addicted and we need money to buy supplies, designs, etc.).

That is wonderful news - makes you want to create more and more and more - why did you find someone that wanted 25 sleighs? Which by the way are darling and why wouldn't they want them? Good for you! *4U

Thank you,, i asked for $3.00 each but and she thought that was low. But i can make 6 of them for $1.00 , so i thought it was fair. I buy the felt for 3 for a dollar and i cut the square in half and i get two sleighs out of one square. They sew up quick so it's not much time either. What do you think?
by mommadooks 15 Nov 2010
I think 3.00 is fair. There is the felt and the candy cane. I get my felt for .29 each at our local hard ware store. I know sounds odd but only place in town that has fabric. Have you put the Happy Holidays on it yet.

Great job!!! I always check the remnant bin for my felt. When it is sell priced there are always lots of remnants and they are -50% and sell price take off again at Joannes. You do have to watch the girls at the register because some don't know to ring them up. They don't scan.
