My DD makes Irish dance dresses here for North and South Carolina Irish dancers. Here is a picture of my grand daughter Natalie (on right) with a friend. The dress is made from Silk duponi. Jess embroidered the dress and designed the style. The other young lady has on a bought dress that cost over $2000.00.

Wow...she did a great job. It looks every bit as good as the $2,000.00 dress. Natalie is a beautiful young lady.

Thank you Reva. A lot of time it is all in the quality of fabric that makes the dress. Jess normally does types of poly fabric with velvet and such, because parent's can't afford paying for the quality fabric. But it truly makes a difference in the look and how it wears. Thanks again. We are very proud of Natalie's accomplishments. She is an honors student with Straight A's...

Interesting work. I am sure that looking closer it would be possible to see far much more detail. Your daughter has produced a great dress for her daughter

Thank you. Yes, this picture really doesn't do the dress justice as you can't see the crystal that were used.

I saw this dress today for the first time, and it was STUNNING. She used SW crystals all along the front and around the drop waist. and under the skirt where the embroidery is was crystals. It was so pretty and got lots of compliments at Show and Tell today at our sew/craft/emb meeting. :)I was so proud of her.

Thank you. Yes there is a lot more material in sq.dance skirts and underskirts. Not to mention the time that it takes. Thanks again.
