When I down load a design i can not send it to a desktop folder it goes to my 4D software. It didnot do this before your crash--please fi this

I'm not really good at computers but usually this is something you can change on your computer. You have to go to your computer setting and set where you want your downloads to go.

I'm not sure is this helps, but I have 4D also, and mine does not go to 4D. It goes to the folder I want it to. Do you get to choose one when you d/l. Sorry can't help, but perhaps someone else can. ttt
