I would like to know how to contact someone from amazing embroidery. I tried to buy some designs. They charged my credit card but I could not download my designs. No one will respond to my email

How long ago did you send e-mail? You might want to try it again. There was a lot of confusion when all of the sites went down. You could also try through the "contact us" on this site here since they are owned by the same person.

If you go to the bottom of this page you will see contact us go ask the question there. Ms Veronika is the owner of this and amazing embroidery and she will be able to help you. Hugs Sally
