The judge said they both have to go back for a hearing in January. Hopefully not with her. She refused to remove the kids in college and the one not his or reduce the amount he has to pay. They both have to have a hearing in January and hopefully, it will be with someone besides her!
The good news is Maurice got a job! Yeayyyyyy! It's permanent part time at a small chain drug store which is abou 10 minutes from here. We don't even know his rate of pay other than it'll be more than minimum wage but not as much as he was making before. Still, it'll help us get caught up eventually which is awesome. Thank you all for your prayers. Just keep praying things go well in January. If he has a hearing examiner instead of the judge he has a fighting chance. We'll know when he gets the paperwork.

Great news, it's getting harder to find a job now, so Maurice was surely blessed....I can't imagine having to pay child support to a child that is not his....I hope Maurice loves the job....I will be praying for favor with the judge in January....thanks for sharing your great news.....Gods blessings Janet

Janet, thank you so much! He starts tomorrow and I just know he is going to be happy there. He loves retail and being a smaller store will be less stressful and his boss is a nice person so that will help.
