I am new. please help me to download:) I saved downloads but my machine is not recognizing them. I have a brother and it pops up that the memory is being used but no designs are coming up?

What format does your brother read? Mine reads PES designs so that is the format I download. On my brother is the icon of the computer that I select, then go to my computer and send it to the embroidery machine. Then it will appear on the screen to select. Hope this helps some. Good Luck!

i have pes too. how does your file look when you save it? mine is not a zip file or a file folder. it is saving as a little picture?
What is the picture a small version of what you want to embroider or something else?
It is downloading as a file but looks differently than purchased files of yellow folder. Has red, white, and blue
ahh, I renamed the files so I would know what was what. I think that was my problem. How do you keep organized?

You say you have a brother machine i)are you downloading pes designs? ii)Does your machine have a maximum hoop size AND are you downloading a larger design. iii)Where have you saved your designs? iv)How are you transferring them to the machine. v)Have you downloaded zipped designs? If so you will need to unzip them first. Have a go at these answers and let us know more. I too have a Brother (Galaxie 3000) and think they are great machines

Thank you:) I've checked the size and I have downloaded as pes , saved the file, and slid them into my G drive. Emb machine beeps but no designs come up on screen to pick from.

Welcome to cute!
When I rename my designs I always add the name at the beginning of the design name so that the dot and extention .pes are kept intact.
I will only use my design card to take embroidery designs to my machine (I have my computer in another room). My Brother will only allow +- 11 designs to be saved on it at one time anyway.
Also the card in the machine allows me to bring them back to the computer and saved in a seperate folder eg... { baby quilt- fish }
Please tell us when you find the solution to why the machine doesn't show the designs.
