Need help Cuties. Is anyone having trouble downloading designs from Cute Embroidery? I am a member and can not download the designs. Can't get response from the site thru email.

imagona, Welcome to the CUTE family - are you a new paying member - sometimes it takes a couple days for the system to get your subscription up and running - I believe - try signing in and out, too. Can you see in the MY ACCOUNT area that you have a subscription? I hope you are able to download soon. We are all just members like you - if you send a Private Message to TEST - that might help, as well.
