I'm not really sure, but I have Babylock Ellageo and just did an item and the hoop got out of alignment. Discovered that after I exited out of the design I was doing then turned my machine off completely, that when I again turned it on it reset the hoop alignment automatically. Maybe this will work for you too.

I have a Babylock but have never had the problem. I think sllakin has the right idea. Please let us know if it works. It can happen to any of us and it would be nice to know the solution.

Welcome to Cute. Sorry I know nothing about your machine but I would suggest that you turn it off at the mains and unplug, go away and have a coffe and turn on again. Good Luck and let us know what happens
