very hard to get everything fixed. I do not feel that she 'owed' us anything under the circumstances. I know it cost her a lot of income. But I want her to know that I, and I know many others, very much appreciates all she has done for us before, during and after the crash. Again, thank you Miss Veronika.

Wouldn't worry about it. I do it a lot myself and I think every one is smart enough to figure it out. The important thing is your message.

I got my email this morning about the free month and I very much appreciate it. It wa a nice surprise and not her fault for the crash but appreciate it.

thank you so much for the free month. I agree with everyone, not blaming her for the crash. I don't remember what a month costs, can anyone tell me? I would like to turn back and donate that ammount to Shirlene and her husband's fund.Better yet I will buy designs from her web site.

Good idea. Cost per month is between $5.00 and $6.00.

I think it was not only nice of her to offer us a free month, but how many places email you to explain what is happening? I don't think many are that considerate. I really appreciate Miss Veronika. She is TOPS in my book. Hugs, Judy
