Congratulations! I bought one yesterday, unpacked it and have yet to start my first design on it as I had other things planned for yesterday evening and this morning. I actually only went to my dealer to collect my Designer1 after being serviced (the D1 not me - bad grammar) and buy a couple of packets of embroidery needles.

Thank you, and congratulations to you too. Now is my Designer 1 just for the plain sewing hehehehehe, no not exactly I´m very busy now with order from customers for Christmas-present.
I promised my D1 to my daughter, who is delighted. She won't get it before March when they come by car (they live in Norway, I in the Netherlands)- I'm flying to them end of the month, but then I can't take the machine with me. So I'm planning to use both machines for my Christmas sewing too.

Thank you, I hade Pfaff 7570 my first Embroidery machine but I have given my daughter-in-law that one, but she is just useing the machine to plain sewing not embroidery.

Congradulations on your new Ruby! That is my dream machine! I am hoping someday to get a bigger machine. I can only do 4x4. (but it is better than not having one).. I love husqvarna!

Oh my Sigrun, it is pretty - my Mother would have loved to have had this one - she wanted to trade up from her D1, but hadn't used it that much - I told her to wait - now I have her D1 just sitting. I sure miss her.

Congratulations on the new Ruby - I looked at it a couple weeks ago, but I guess I am still dragging my feet - I do have two SE, so guess i should be satisfied, but I would like the larger hoop.
