When a design is downloadable there is ICI near it. Click on that. Then a new page will come up and you click on the zipper picture. You can also click on the 3 orange blocks for more information, the 1st orange bar is also the download.
Some of the designs are just pictures and are not available to download. She also puts a lot of her designs in Designs By Cuties.
