Does anyone know where I can get Elmo designs? My grandaughter loves Elmo and I want to make her a quilt with Elmo on it.

All Sesame characters are licensed. It is illegal to digitise these from colouring books, the net or from anywhere else and to share them. It is also illegal to reproduce them as a drawing or copy.Unlike copyrighted pictures, you CAN NOT use these, even for private use.You will need to find a digitiser who has bought the license and displays it prominently on his/her website.

Yes. Amazing Designs created several authorized Sesame Street embroidery design collections. I think it was a few years ago, and they may have retired them by now. I stitched them out and they were perfectly digitized (and legal, too).
