this is my version of the "table topper" by the girls at the Sewing Revoluiton" I din't want the ususal Christmas Red and Green. I thought that Purple would be nice with Silver. I used Silver Metalic thread and Silver coloured Thread for the Bells and Satin Stich. On either side of the satin Stitch I used a triple stitch in purple to high-light it.

Roslyn, this is so stunning - the girls at the Sewing Revolution will be asking you for advice of what to do next - Hehehe! Tell me, did you buy your material with the sparkle already on the fabric or did you add something to it to make it look so lovely?

Hi shirlene. No they won't as they are sooo talented and come up with some fantastic ideas. I hope that the next time they go to the States you girls get to see their Trunk show.. The material came with the sparkle. It's called "FAIRY FROST' Comes in some great colours. even gold. Even the Lorikeets liked it as they left their calling card (twice) while it was on the clothes line drying.
