This site has landed on the Mohammed list, but I have used many of their designs without any problems and without any warnings from my security program (I have one of the best with all of the latest upgrades). Their designs stitch out beautifully. If you are nervous about using a design from an antiquated warning list, scan the site, scan the folder before you open it, and scan the design before you stitch it out. Have fun!
