You just click on the flower next to a person's name. It then turns from orange to blue to let you know you've done and can't give a second one. Have a flower from me.

Shirlene, you can give flowers in this section and also for Projects. It's fun and I've just sent you all flowers. Mops my flowers must be different to yours, mine turn gray, probably just the difference in our monitors, and it still achieves the same result. Enjoy your flowers.
