Yes, I put all me designs on the USB at one Time if I can. If Not You can pull your usb and put your design on it then re-insert and on the front panel near your menu button is a button with squiggly lines on it. Push that button and you can chose your design just as it you were starting. I have a Topaz 30 (only difference is the 30 has an automatic cutter.
I Started with the 20 and couldn't do without the cutter.
