I always thought you are the master of digitizing with all your wonderful scissor- and giftcardholders ;o)
Really tiny dove at emblibrary (smaller than 1") in the miniatures. Another good place are the collar tips where I found fairy wing collar tip in 0,6x0,6". Tiny enough? ;o)

The miniatures are about 1,-$ (most of them) and they stitch out wonderful (I have some of them ;o).
