Is there a dealer nearby who could help her out? What kind of problems is she having? I'm a state over so I would'nt be of any help.

The nearest dealer is in Tulsa. She is very new to the embroidery machine, and just needs a quick lesson on how run the machine correctly. I live in New York, so I am no help to her.
