Can I just suggest that when you send a question, if there are too many characters/letters for it to fit in one go, send whatever you can, then send the rest as an answer to that question. That way when we come to read the question everything will be on the same page. It's much easier to read and answer that way. Hope this makes sense to you, if not let me know.
