I just tried the A as I still want to download that font someday, and it did not give my any trouble. Can´t you download at all, is it just a certain format - I did PES, JEF and VIP - and did you try to have it emailed. Maybe you´d better ask for help via ´contact us´ at the bottom of the page. Raels, I don't think Cute Embroidery has a limit on download, but I do know that I have satellite internet, and at high speed there IS a limit to my download KB's. It's high, but if I go over limit, then I'm down to 'dial up' speed. It's called "Fair Access Policy" here in the USA, so the gamers and movie watchers don't get all the bandwidth. Maybe in OZ you have something similar? Glad you got the swirlsfont, isn't it nice? Marji

empty your cachet (internet options) history and temp files..the font works for me, I just tried it..
