Last month I purchased thread from Marathon. I love the way the thread stitched out on these little angels. I put 4 in one hooping, and did not have one single break on either the varigated thread, or the metallic thread that is used as outline. I can not remember whose design this is - it was on my jump drive when I was doing towels for my GD, and decided to try my new thread. Maybe another Cutie can help with the digitizer. I usually know who did the angels, but completely forgot this one. With the combined angels there was a total of 49,570. stitches.

These are lovely angels - they look like they are the ones from s-Embroidery to me. What a lovely set - your new thread looks like it is working wonderfully with the design and your machine - *4U

The angles are gorgeous. Lucky you that you didn't have any thread breakage. So nice to embroidery when all is going well. Flowers for you and everyone. Merry Christmas. Juanita

Very nice angels,I love Battemburg lace (I often use cotton thread because it's soft and natural).Have a good day! Adriana

Not sure if you're in SA but quite a number of dealers now stock Marathon. It is a Rayon whereas Singer (PE) stock Colorfil (uses same numbering) whhich is a polyester similar to Mettler.
