I believe it is an idea that hasn't hatched yet. In other words the site owner/manager hasn't decided what if anything to put there. Right now it is irrelevant. The names that you see reddish are the ones you have clicked on and been taken to their profile page. ;)

clawton, of course it's obvious - but only when you know, haha. Please don't feel bad about not knowing though, because someone, who shall remain nameless because she would be embarrassed!!!, looked at something the other day that was reddish and couldn't think why, silly me it took a while to click. The second number is for the flowers that you have been given by others for asking/answering questions, and that number has been added to the first number, which is for your *daily flower* from Cute.
