Could anyone tell me where I can buy a white permanent marker? I have tried Walmart, Joann's, & Staples. I was told they do not carry them.

I've bought them at JoAnn's not too long ago. they are by the paints and it is a metal marker that you shake. It must have a ball bearing inside. Something like a paint can. Good Luck

Go to Hobby Lobby and get a Galaxy Marker (or lots) I use them for scrapbooking and they are permanent.

There is no Hobby Lobby near me. I do not think they are anywhere near my region. Thanks.

Sharpie makes a silver permanent marker--but it's not white.

You can buy fabric paint that is permanent. It needs to be heat set with a hot air gun or similar.
Look in ebay for reborning doll suppliers, or search for Genesis Heat set paints

Ebay is your best bet as you can usually buy sample pots from Reborn doll suppliers.

If you go this route and need help with instructions, I can provide further links for you.
You'll also need, a brush or make-up sponge to apply it And now that we've thought of paint, you could probably buy fabric paint at a craft store.
