I always do make the image smaller,so perhaps that's the way?*4u

Often it means that the file is too big. You can make it smaller in Microsoft's Paint program. Also make sure it is in a jpeg format. Good luck

Roslyn, I saw that you had a posting - that the picture didn't come through - was worried why - usually it is just the size of the photo - I know that my camera takes pictures that are huge compared to the size they actually are - when I get them in my photo program - I always have to resize them to load them on CUTE. Hope you get it figured out soon.

Go back and edit it and then come to the site and go to: MY ACCOUNT - MY PROJECTS - MY PROJECTS and then click on the EDIT of the project that doesn't show your picture - the one that you are trying to edit - then DELETE the photo that is there - then UPLOAD the new one - that you sized - change any of the description or whatever else you need to first - then hit SUBMIT
