Anyone know where I can get a "Crochet" lace for Altar cloths edging. About 2 1/2" wide and preferably religiouus symbols eg Cross. I assume similar to FSL?

Have you tried Yorikos site I know she has edgings, and if you e-mail her she may make one with the symbols your after.
