Here are some Angels ,
that I stitched.
They looked lovely before I rinsed them.
The variegated thread showed so nicely,
now it is curling and it has not formed a fringe as such.
Not happy with them now.
Hugs Yvonne

Yvonne,
They are superb! What are you worried about. I can see the fringing and it looks fantastic. The variegated thread really pops out.
These are GREAT!!!!! Love and blessings Chris

Yvonne - they look lovely. I cannot see any problem with them in the photo you have posted. Very colorful as well.
I just read the instructions for making a tassel design for which the tassel "fringe" is approximately 4-5 cm. It says to gently brush the fringe with a soft bristled wet toothbrush to straighten the threads, and then press with a cloth to set them in place. You could try this to see if it makes the fringe more to your liking. But I think they look great just the way they are now.

Yvonne, I see you have the fringe charm angels from Criswell - I am so sorry to hear that you don't like them - I think they are very festive and it looks like they are doing the hula - I bet if you just use a cloth and ironed them straight - it would work out - I have a set of designs from this website that has fringe on them and that is what I do. It might seem like a bit of work - but I bet you could get this done in no time. Strike when the iron is hot - Hehehe! *4U

I agree . A low iron and a cloth cures a lot of ills.
