If you are having problems, contact customer service by clicking on the link at the very bottom of the page that says "contact us" and she will get back to you asap. Oh, and also be sure to check your spam folder (if you have one) just in case your answers get misrouted. Mine did at first, and I was getting very frustrated before I figured out it was pretty much my fault in the end. =]
