have you tried her Yahoo group or her FB? Go public with it on there, I'm sure that will get her attention. I've never had trouble with the site or her. I know that recently she has had server trouble. It could be she isn't getting your e-mails if her server is down. But go to the public places and maybe someone there can contact her. I heard that she was in the process up updating her server so she might not have access. She is usually super reliable so I am sure it was unforeseen. Good luck, I know it can be frustrating.
