Scroll to the bottom of the page & you will see the second last row in blue. eg - "Home | Back to CuteEmbroidery | Terms and Conditions | Privacy Policy | Info | Contact us" the last row in black is "Copyright © 2010 CuteEmbroidery.com, All rights reserved." click on the blue 'Contact us' & a page will open & you fill in the details. it maybe the case of you not writing in your password correctly. although it you are downloading the daily freebies you should be OK their. let them know how long it is since you last downloaded as a paid member although their system would be able to see that.
